KeycapsHub ships custom keycaps and desk accessories worldwide. This page explains how shipping works — especially for Singapore and Southeast Asia — so you know what to expect before checkout.

Where we ship

We ship internationally, including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, and most other countries available at checkout.

Singapore & Southeast Asia (Zone: Southeast Asia)

Singapore is in our Southeast Asia shipping zone (together with Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, and Vietnam).

Rates shown in USD at checkout (store currency). Approximate options currently configured:

Eco-Saver Shipping — from US$0.99
Standard Shipping — from US$2.99
Free Shipping — US$0 when this option appears at checkout
Expedited Shipping — from US$10.99
DHL/FedEx Priority — from US$26.99

Estimated transit (Singapore): Eco-Saver / Standard typically 7–18 business days after dispatch; Expedited / Priority courier typically 3–8 business days. Customs clearance can add time. Tracking is provided when available for your selected method.

Europe, North America, and other zones have their own rate tables. The exact options for your country appear at checkout after you enter your shipping address.

Processing time

Orders are typically prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when the order is placed, and a shipping update when tracking becomes available.

Duties, taxes & GST (Singapore)

Product prices are listed in USD and generally do not include destination import duties, GST, or brokerage fees. For Singapore, low-value consignments may clear without extra charges, but this depends on declared value and current customs rules. Any duties or taxes charged by Singapore Customs or the carrier are the buyer’s responsibility unless we explicitly state otherwise for a promotion.

Currency

The store currently charges in USD. Your bank or card issuer may convert to SGD (or another currency) at their exchange rate and may add a conversion fee.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping name, phone, and address (including unit number for Singapore HDB/condo). We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.
